MODIFICATIONS REMINDER

Any improvements pertaining to the exterior appearance of homes and properties are subject to review by the White Hall Design Committee (WHDC.) These modifications include, but are not limited to: fences, additions, sheds, play structures, vegetable gardens, satellite dishes, and exterior color changes.

In addition to a completed property improvement application, please attach the following as applicable:

1. Plot plan with proposed modification(s) to approximate scale with dimensions
2. Complete description (photos/drawings) as to construction design, materials (types and sizes) and color/finish
3. Floor plan, elevation, section drawing (i.e. footings)

Applications must be received by noon on Thursday prior to a WHDC Committee. For more information or assistance with submittals, contact Amanda Jonas.
